Lovely sign of the approaching Autumn. There's so many buds there!!
Is your chrysanthemum a 'native' where you are, or is it something you have planted yourself?
Not native. I bought them two years ago at garden center. Thanks for visiting my blog.Lea
I think I have never seen these flowers, they are very pretty !
So pretty--a cause for celebration! Garden mums don't always overwinter for me, but this year I have one that sat in a pot all winter and actually survived. I'm excited, too, to see it budding up. Happy Bloom Day!
Wow--that will be a spectacular splash of color for your fall garden! Mums never do well for me--not enough sun, sadly. Still, every year, on the first day of autumn I buy several beautiful containers of mums and enjoy them while the last. Happy Bloom Day to you!
Belated happy GBBD! Mums- a sure sign that fall have arrived. They look pretty even as fresh buds.
I almost bought a couple yesterday....
My mums are blooming now also! I love fall, but I dread the winter that follows :( Happy GBBD!
